Discovery Project

The Steps

  • Identify what the individual desires to accomplish at the end of the project.
  • Set a path, a plan, and the timeframe to accomplish the individual's specific goals for the project
  • Select the assessment that will best assist in the discovery process.
  • Identify the financial investment for the project
  • Create an engagement agreement, which the individual and the coach will sign.
  • Assessment will proceed after the client has paid the upfront retainer fee.
